Former Suns Owner Leading Development of New Office Building at The Grove

A new Class A building at one of the more sought-after mixed-use developments in the Valley has broken ground — and a familiar face is behind the project.

The development company spearheading the project is 3Edgewood LLC, a local firm that’s led by former Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver as principal.

Sarver’s team is developing a two-story, 32,832-square-foot building within The Grove — a recently built mixed-use development in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood. Jordan Mellovitz, head of real estate investment for 3Edgewood, confirmed to the Business Journal his firm’s involvement in the deal.
