Hilton Hotel in Old Town Scottsdale Sells for More than $100M

A Hilton-branded hotel in Old Town Scottsdale has been sold roughly three years after it opened in one of the year’s biggest hospitality deals.

The 177-room Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town hotel was acquired Sept. 26 by Dynamic City Capital for nearly $102 million, according to real estate database Vizzda. Miller Global Properties was the seller.

The hotel was built in 2020 and totals roughly 128,083 square feet — meaning the building was sold for roughly $795 per square foot.
