Land firm looks to attract more data centers to Buckeye site Article originally posted on Phoenix Business Journal on February 24, 2025 Arizona Land Consulting has been making more plays around the Buckeye Municipal Airport following its major sale of 2,100 acres to data center developer Tract. The Phoenix real estate firm recently scooped up more than 150 acres abutting Tract’s sprawling property in the West Valley for $21.7 million, according to county records. “We wanted to be situated close to them, I think it’s a great data center site in the future,” said Anita Verma-Lallian, CEO of Arizona Land Consulting. The property could result in a $1 billion to $1.5 billion project at buildout depending on what’s developed, she said. The site could also be built in the next handful of years as her firm starts to finalize who could develop the property.
