Lisa Vanderpump to open new Scottsdale rooftop restaurant

Lisa Vanderpump is bringing a new restaurant to the Valley.

Vanderpump, known for her role on Bravo’s hit show “Vanderpump Rules,” is slated to open a Wolf by Vanderpump restaurant at the Caesars Republic Scottsdale before the end of the year. Construction is scheduled to begin next week.

The 6,500 square foot restaurant will be on the luxury hotel’s seventh floor, overlooking the view of Camelback Mountain. It will replace Seven, a restaurant operated by Riot Hospitality Group which debuted with the hotel.

Vanderpump’s forthcoming Scottsdale restaurant will be the second Wolf by Vanderpump location, following an April 2024 debut at Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe. The restaurant will feature designs from Vanderpump Alain, Lisa’s design company, and designer Nick Alain.

“This location will feel different to the Tahoe location, drawing inspiration from the desert and surrounding areas, which will be infused into the design, the food and the cocktails,” Vanderpump said in an announcement. “We are excited to add this newest venture to our portfolio, and can’t wait to spend a lot of time in the beautiful city of Scottsdale.”

According to the announcement, a bar with an “extensive” cocktail selection will be the centerpiece of the restaurant, and the menu will feature “reimagined favorites” from the Lake Tahoe location.
