The sublessor is a third-party logistics firm, CEVA Logistics, according to permitting documents filed with the city of Goodyear. The facility – Elwood Logistics Center – located at 16155 West Elwood Street – has 3,866 square feet of office space, 233 dock doors, 691 trailer parking stalls and 40-foot clear height. In 2021, Home Depot signed a 10-year lease for the building to keep up with demand driven by the pandemic. From 2018 to 2023, Home Depot doubled its warehouse and distribution center assets from 56 million square feet to 111 million square feet of mostly leased space, according to its annual reports.
