Luxury Mixed-Use Development in Peoria Slated to Break Ground this Summer

Stadium Point, a major mixed-use development that is expected to boost Peoria’s P83 entertainment district, could break ground as soon as this summer, according to the master developer Steinhauer Properties Inc.

The 1 million-square-foot development, which has been planned since 2019, will feature luxury lifestyle apartments, hospitality, retail, restaurants, central pedestrian gathering spaces and class A office high-rises at full build-out.

It’s slated for multiple phases and will be constructed across 17 acres at the Peoria Sports Complex — the Spring Training facility for the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres — along 83rd Avenue and south of Bell Road.
