Monogram Health Leases Space in Prominent Tempe Town Lake Building

A Nashville, Tennessee-based health care firm found its new Valley office on Tempe Town Lake.

Monogram Health inked a deal for a 25,000-square-foot space to take the entire third floor at Hayden Ferry Lakeside II, which is at 60 E. Rio Salado Parkway in Tempe and opened earlier this year. The kidney disease management startup subleased the 25,000 square feet from Gen Digital Inc, which was previously known as NortonLifeLock.

In April 2021, Monogram Health opened an operations hub in Tempe, which came on the heels of raising $160 million in series B venture funding amid a rapid national expansion. The company expected to hire about 100 people in the coming years after opening in the Valley.
