Reservations for the new restaurant, which is taking over a two-level space formerly occupied by Kona Grill, are now available ahead of the Oct. 15 opening date. “Society Swan is all about bringing a little glamour to everyday dining, but in a way that’s relaxed, fun and never fussy,” Fox said in a press release. The new concept is billed as an American brasserie that combines East Coast and Parisian influences. In addition to dinner service, Society Swan will offer champagne lunches and $10 martini happy hours. What’s on the menu at Sam Fox’s new Society Swan restaurant? The layered menu features a range of entrees, including filet mignon, chicken Francese and slow roasted prime rib. Diners can also partake in hors d’oeuvres like fresh fig tartlet and roasted garlic custard, as well as a selection of sushi rolls, salads and seafood. Society Swan’s menu also has a frites section that pairs dishes like Wagyu skirt steak and braised chicken with fries. What else is Sam Fox known for? Fox is the mastermind behind The Global Ambassador, a luxury hotel in Phoenix with five restaurants that opened in December 2023.
