Next phase of industrial park next to Buc-ee’s underway; plus more Valley real estate deals

Formation Interests broke ground on the second phase of an industrial park it’s building next to Buc-ee’s in Goodyear.

The first phase of the project, called Formation Park 10, brought five new buildings amounting to nearly 689,000 square feet across a 44-acre site.

Now phase two will bring three new buildings totaling 261,168 square-feet.

The project is located at Bullard Avenue and Celebrate Life Way. It’s a venture between Dallas-based Formation Interests and Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate LLC, and the first for Formation in metro Phoenix.

Deutsch Architecture Group, Kimley Horn and RVI are handling design while Wilmeng Construction is the general contractor. CBRE is handling leasing.

The second phase of the park is expected to be complete in Spring 2027.
