New York-based Pure Insurance is moving its regional headquarters to The Galleria.

Stockdale Capital Partners signed Pure Insurance to a long-term lease for 40,302 square feet at The Galleria in Old Town Scottsdale.

The company will occupy a portion of the second floor, which is enough room to accommodate 250 employees.

It joins fellow Galleria tenants TikTok, U.S. Data Security, Indeed, AmTrust Financial, Concord Servicing, Mark-Taylor Residential and Spaces.

Independence Home Loans, which had signed a 22,977-square-foot lease at The Galleria in March 2025, is taking another 23,148 square feet. Plus, Varonis, a data analysis and cybersecurity firm, has renewed its 9,783-square-foot lease at The Galleria.

Collectively, these transactions represent more than 73,000 square feet of leasing activity and contribute to more than 222,000 square feet of new leases and renewals executed at The Galleria in less than a year, said Leo Divinsky, managing director at Stockdale Capital Partners.

The 600,000-square-foot office campus at 4301-4343 N. Scottsdale Road, now is 75% leased.

Since buying The Galleria in 2013 for $68.6 million, Stockdale has invested millions of dollars to renovate the project.

Apache Junction City Council cleared the way for Sundt’s project last summer when it approved the company’s request to rezone its 36-acre site on July 15.

The Tempe-based general contractor’s proposed manufacturing facility in Apache Junction is the first of its kind for the firm, which is one of the Valley’s largest general contractors.

In essence, the proposed offsite manufacturing facility will be used to take pipe spools or other stock pieces of steel and assemble them before being distributed to other Sundt Construction project sites, in the Valley and nationally.

“This new facility represents a major investment in how we deliver work for our clients and how we support our employee-owners,” said Sundt’s recently appointed President & CEO Cade Rowley in a statement. “Apache Junction offers a strategic location for these manufacturing jobs, and it has been a pleasure working with city leadership throughout this process. We look forward to making a lasting impact on the community for years to come.”

Of the project’s total square footage, 10,000 square feet will be dedicated to offices. The facility will take up about 9 acres, and Sundt previously told the Business Journal that
