Buckeye Commons, which is anchored by Costco, will total over 440,000 square feet and officially has 27 secured tenants, according to a statement from the developer. Home Depot is opening this spring at the shopping center along with Dick’s Sporting Goods, while Five Below and Barnes & Noble have also more recently signed on. Costco opened its store at Buckeye Commons in 2023, and it has proved to be “a resounding success … generating consistent traffic and serving as a major draw for the community,” according to the statement. Butler Design Group has served as designer on the project while CHASSE Building Team is the general contractor. Phoenix Commercial Advisors’ Greg Laing, Zach Pace and Teale Bloom are handling leasing, and just one PAD and one junior box space are currently available, according to Sunbelt.
