Taiwan firm buys 97,000-square-foot Phoenix office park Article originally posted on Phoenix Business Journal on April 23, 2026 A Taiwan-based construction firm that specializes in mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for computer chip makers bought a huge North Phoenix office property. The company, Transdien Engineering Co., acquired a 97,372 square-foot office park off the Loop 101 and 7th Street for $19,458,000 on April 15, according to real estate database Vizzda. It’s located at 19825 N. 7th Street, sits on 17.51 acres and was built in 2004. Transdien bought the building from 101 & 7th Street Partners LLC, which traces to two entities — 777 Properties LLC and SCBC Investments LLC — connected to prominent Valley families, according to Arizona Corporation Commission records. 777 Properties is managed by Jim Babe Earnhardt of the Earnhardt Auto Centers dealership group. SCBC Investments counts as members both Scott Michael Campbell and Jimmy Campbell, who serve as CEO and managing partner of general contractor Campbell Development, respectively. Richard Blake Carroll is the manager of SCBC Investments. 101 & 7th Street Partners spent about $5 million less – $14.5 million to be exact – when it acquired the property less than six months ago. Before that, the office park operated previously as a call center for a credit union. A representative with Transdien declined to comment on the deal though confirmed its investment in Phoenix in an email to the Business Journal. “At this stage, as this investment project has only recently completed its transaction process, there are still many matters under active planning and development,” the representative said in the email.
