Phoenix has emerged on top as the fastest-growing industrial market in North America, according to real estate experts.

The Phoenix metro’s industrial market had a growth rate of 14.3% in 2022, No. 1 in North America ahead of Savannah, Georgia and Houston, CBRE Group Inc. research shows.
