Troon signs largest Valley office lease of 2025 in Scottsdale

Troon, which bills itself as the world’s largest golf and golf-related hospitality management company, has signed the largest Valley office lease of the year at Inisio at Kierland, the building’s landlord announced on Aug. 13.

The Scottsdale-based company, which comprises four brands that help with golf course and country club management, will move its headquarters into its 68,721-square-foot space and take up an entire top floor of Inisio Kierland II — one of two buildings at the 415,577-square-foot office park.

Troon’s headquarters relocation is less than a mile north of where it currently occupies 36,294 feet at Kierland Commons, where it has been for the last 25 years. The golf-related hospitality management company expects to be working out of its new headquarters by the second quarter of 2026, according to the announcement from New York-based landlord Vero Capital. Troon has over 35,000 employees worldwide, and provides services across more than 900 locations.
