Weidner Apartment Homes, a global real estate investment and property management company, announced today that it acquired the multifamily community Broadstone at Dobson Ranch Apartments in Mesa, AZ. The class-A community was developed in 2023 and offers a premier combination of 12 garden-style and mid-rise buildings with 288 luxury units. This acquisition marks Weidner’s 30^th property in AZ and grows its portfolio to 9,669 units in the greater Phoenix area.

Broadstone at Dobson Ranch is a one-of-a-kind asset in West Mesa’s master-planned community, which consists primarily of single-family homes. Broadstone at Dobson Ranch’s introduction earlier this year is a modern milestone in a historically high barrier to entry submarket.
