Location: Bullard Avenue and Celebrate Life Way in Goodyear

Description: Formation Park 10, an industrial park, is being developed in multiple phases. The first phase will total 427,000 square feet across two buildings.

The project also includes a park that will be an amenity for both workers in the buildings and the surrounding community. In total, the project will include five buildings on 44 acres, according to real estate database Vizzda. The project is being developed as a partnership between Formation Interests and Crescent Real Estate. Willmeng Construction is the general contractor for the project.

History: The Goodyear City Council approved the site for an industrial business park in early 2023. Prior to construction, the site was agricultural. The project broke ground in June 2024.

When will the work be done: The first phase of the project is expected to complete in spring of 2025.
