Description: The seven-story, 333-unit apartment complex, dubbed Parcel 3G, is the third multifamily project within the Novus Innovation Corridor. The mid-rise apartment is situated on 2.4 acres on the southeast corner of Sixth Street and Rural Road. It will include a resort-style pool and clubhouse, lounge and work areas, fitness center and more. Each unit will have its own washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and hardwood-style flooring. “Parcel 3G will truly be another huge Novus accomplishment … adding much-needed housing to the Novus Innovation Corridor development,” said Charlie Popeck, president of Green Ideas, a sustainable design company that worked on Parcel 3G and other properties in the Novus Innovation Corridor. According to the lease agreement, some of the units must be considered attainable housing. The project broke ground in December 2022. History: The Arizona Board of Regents owns the plot where Parcel 3G is being constructed. In October 2022, the board and the tenant, TDC Griffin Tempe 3G Lessee, LLC, signed a 99-year lease for about $12.8 million. When will the work be done?
