Description:Sprouts Farmers Market is building a new headquarters along north Phoenix’s burgeoning Loop 101 corridor.

As part of the CityNorth Development’s growing footprint, the grocer’s 180,000-square-foot campus will include a large office building and new Sprouts store, as well as retail and restaurant space.

Inside the 144,500-square-foot corporate office, there will be a gym, yoga studio, Press Coffee café, culinary kitchens, tasting rooms and a garden. When complete, it’ll replace the company’s current 96,000-square-foot headquarters at the nearby High Street development.

History: Construction on Sprouts’ new campus got underway this past spring.

It’s joining the larger City North community that includes another new corporate headquarters for the waste collection company Republic Services. A dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott and Element by Westin is also coming to the area.

Sunela, a luxury apartment complex, opened at CityNorth in late 2024. It’s one of the first residential projects in the area, which is anticipated to include more than 3,000 apartment units overall.

When will the work be done? Sprouts said it plans to move into the new building by August 2026.
