XNRGY opens $300 million Mesa manufacturing facility, the company’s 1st in the U.S.

PHOENIX — XNRGY announced the grand opening of a heating and air conditioning system manufacturing facility in Mesa, the Canadian company’s first in the U.S.

The 275,000-square-foot facility is part of a $300 million investment at Gateway East, a business park near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Once completed, the four-phase development will total 1,000,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

XNRGY specializes in state-of-the-art, sustainable, heating and air conditioning systems, according to a Tuesday press release.

The company makes innovative cooling fans that help large-scale data centers maintain proper equipment temperatures.

The Mesa facility will start production on May 1 and will manufacture energy-efficient flagship products such as XNAir, XNChiller and XNFans.

XNRGY plans to fill 300 jobs by the end of the year and expects to bring more than 1,200 positions.

“This new facility underscores XNRGY’s dedication to innovation and our unwavering support for the rapidly expanding data center sector,” XNRGY Executive Vice President Vincent Morin said. “By establishing this advanced manufacturing hub in Arizona, we are better positioned to deliver our high-efficiency, sustainable cooling solutions to data centers and other critical facilities across North America.”
