Here’s How Land Around LG Energy’s Arizona Battery Plant Will Be Built Out

Since South Korea-based LG Energy Solution reaffirmed its investment in Arizona last year, local leaders have seen an uptick in activity nearby.

Interest from companies has intensified since LGES started placing beams for its $5.5 billion battery manufacturing complex in Queen Creek, southeast of Phoenix.

“Just seeing the structure going vertical has sparked a lot of interest from folks we deal with that have real estate holdings in the community,” Doreen Cott, economic development director for Queen Creek, told the Business Journal.
