A Fry’s-anchored shopping center is being proposed for a 20-acre site in a fast-growing area of the Valley.

The 152,281-square-foot shopping center in Buckeye, less than 40 miles west of downtown Phoenix, is set to feature a 123,000-square-foot grocery store, a gas station with nine fuel pumps and three 6,000-square-foot shop buildings.

The site will also have room for three additional buildings or pads for future drive-thru restaurants totaling 8,227 square feet. It will be developed by Phoenix-based Barclay Group.

Fry’s is the anchor tenant of a planned shopping center in Buckeye.
