Park City fitness concept The Beau Collective expands to Phoenix, plus more retail news Article originally posted on Phoenix Business Journal on July 21, 2026 The Beau Collective, a fitness, retail and social flex space that was founded in Park City, Utah in 2014, will open a location in uptown Phoenix next month. The Beau Collective, which was founded by Whitney White Kozlowski – an Arizona native and Xavier College Preparatory graduate – will occupy a recently converted single-story free-standing office building at 5115 N. Central Ave., just north of Uptown Plaza. The 6,648-square-foot building that was constructed in 1973 is being transformed into the home of a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) fitness concept. The space will also have a “one-of-a-kind retail shopping” concept and a flex space that can hold up to 100 people and be used for classes, workshops, community meetings and a variety of other events, according to White Kozlowski. “When we decided to expand to a larger market, there was no other city I cared about more than Phoenix,” Kozlowski said. “Fitness and community are the core of The Beau Collective, and we have responded to the popularity and growth year after year in Park City.” Converting the historic medical office building took roughly 18 months. It is expected to open on Aug 8. Day-to-day operations at the Beau Collective Phoenix will be led by Sarah Duncan. Brigette Sebald will be part of the operations in the Community Captain role. Sebald is also the owner of “Truckers by Tam” hats, which will be sold at the Beau Collective. Retail at the Beau Collective will be curated and include collaborations with many well-known and respected brands, including Lululemon, Stanley, and Free People Movement. • Center Court Pickleball Club opened its fourth location in the Phoenix metro area earlier this month near Shea Boulevard and Loop 101 in Scottsdale. The locally owned indoor pickleball chain took over a former Big Lots store and changed the interior footprint and layout to allow for the best pickleball play. Center Court’s latest facility has 13 indoor tournament-quality courts featuring sound absorption technology and no-glare lighting. The new 35,000-square-foot facility also features recovery and wellness areas, training center and corporate headquarters. “This club represents much more than another building or another 13 courts,” said Tim Keightley, Center Court Pickleball Club’s CEO. “It represents people who believed in what we were building, members who committed before we opened our doors and a community that continues to grow together.” Cresa’s project management division oversaw the renovation, led by Clune Construction, with design and architecture by Corgan. Center Court Pickleball Club now has 51 indoor courts across its four Valley locations, including two in Scottsdale.
