A native Arizonan, Angelessa offers an insider’s knowledge of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Her career path prior to real estate has been both diverse and entrepreneurial. From working in finance in the Las Vegas hotel and casino industry to managing operations for a commercial contractor during the city’s construction boom, she brings a unique blend of financial, operational, and design insight to the table. She has also owned and operated a high-end furniture boutique and a successful coffee house, further sharpening her skills in customer service, business management, and creative problem-solving. Known for her ability to spot potential in unconventional or overlooked sites, Angelessa brings an open-minded, opportunity-driven approach to every deal. Jon Coffen Jon Coffen joined ORION in 2019 as Vice President, specializing in the Multifamily housing sector with extensive experience. He has been focused on helping clients in the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale MSA since 2002. His previous experience in acquiring and operating a national portfolio of Multifamily Housing allows Jonathan to underwrite a property and foresee any operating concerns from a principal’s perspective. Before focusing on the Phoenix-Mesa Scottsdale MSA, Jonathan spent nearly 20 years as a principal at NWJ Companies, Signature Community Investment Group. As founding partner with NWJ, he acquired and managed more than 3,500 apartment units in 17 major markets throughout the U.S., accruing a portfolio value in excess of $300 million. Among other things, his responsibilities included: sourcing deals, acquisitions, financing, stabilization, property-management oversight, long-term refinancing, dispositions and loan modifications. Jonathan created and built NWJ’s Acquisitions Intern Program. In 2006, he created the Lender Direct Division to take advantage of the many existing relationships we have developed over the past 15 years with the lending community, as well as, to create new relationships with individual loan officers, REO/Disposition departments and special servicers to acquire directly from the Lenders. Jonathan resides in Phoenix with his wife and three children. He is a world ranked Ironman triathlete, having competed in Ironman Triathlons internationally, including the Ironman World Championship. Beginning his Real Estate career at City to City Commercial, Colt built a strong foundation in land sales. Here he served clients throughout the entitlement and development process before expanding his focus towards the existing asset side of investment sales.
